FAQ

Questions we hear most often

Do you supply samples for testing?

Yes. We provide free samples for most grades so your lab can validate appearance, specification and compatibility before you commit. You only cover the courier cost, and we usually dispatch within one to two working days of confirming your address and requirements.

What documentation do you provide?

Every shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). We also support REACH declarations, Kosher/Halal certificates and other compliance paperwork where the grade and destination market require them.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For most amine and surfactant grades the MOQ is one 160 kg drum or one IBC. Custom blends and formulated products are normally quoted per batch, and we are happy to work out a realistic trial volume so you can qualify a new material without over-committing.

Which ports and countries do you ship to?

We export worldwide from Qingdao, Shanghai and Ningbo, with both FCL and LCL options, plus air freight for urgent or temperature-sensitive items. Our team handles export packing, palletising, customs documentation and tracking so your goods arrive intact and on time.

How do you ensure consistent product quality?

Quality is controlled at every stage: incoming raw materials are tested, each production batch is released against its specification, and retained samples are kept for 24 months for traceability. We also work to recognised standards and provide batch-specific data on request.

What are your payment terms and lead times?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight and other agreed terms for established customers. Typical lead time is 7-14 days for stocked grades and 15-30 days for scheduled production, depending on volume and packaging. We confirm a firm date with every proforma invoice.
